Arris Contractors LLC is a fully licensed and insured general contractor based in Colorado Springs. We provide residential and commercial construction services throughout El Paso County and surrounding areas.
All construction and remodeling services are subject to a written agreement. A signed contract will outline the project scope, estimated timeline, pricing, payment terms, and applicable warranties.
We offer free consultations to help you plan your project. All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time and are subject to change based on design updates, material availability, or jobsite conditions.
We do not accept payments through the website. All project payments are outlined in your written contract and are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Deposits are required to reserve labor and materials.
Project changes must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties. Change orders may affect the project’s budget and timeline.
Arris Contractors LLC may work with licensed subcontractors for specialized services. All subcontractors are properly vetted, insured, and operate under our supervision to meet project standards.
Clients may cancel a project prior to the scheduled start date, subject to the terms of the signed agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We provide a 1-year limited warranty on all labor. Any warranties for materials or fixtures are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to the client when applicable.
We do not offer financing through the website. However, if you’re interested in financing options, please speak directly with our owner, Jarad Strech, during your consultation. He can provide guidance on working with third-party financing providers.
We may photograph or film completed projects for use in our portfolio, website, and social media. By hiring us, you agree to the use of media unless otherwise requested in writing.
